Julia, a solicitor admitted to the Senior Courts of England & Wales (now non-practising), has extensive legal experience in international structuring, corporate, commercial, and financial services. With a career spanning many years in London (London City Airport and SJ Berwin) and Bermuda (Appleby), Julia relocated to Barbados in 2008. There, she served as Legal Counsel to an international financial group before assuming the role of Vice President of International Business for a private international bank.

In 2013 Julia founded Innovate LSO Solutions, and her team has since been providing legal, risk and regulatory advisory services to different types of entities in Barbados.

Julia is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and advises clients regulated in Barbados.

Passionate about the global business sector, Julia is a Director of Invest Barbados (the Barbados Government’s investment promotion agency) and is a Past President of the Barbados International Business Association. Julia has also worked as a mentor for the Women Innovators Network in the Caribbean, an acceleration growth program for female entrepreneurs in the Caribbean.

Julia’s expertise extends to thought leadership, evidenced by her authored articles on international business and outsourcing in the Caribbean. She was a keynote speaker for the Caribbean Academy for Law and Court Administration Biennial Conference. In 2018 Julia accepted the nomination to the Dean’s Council Advisory Board for the Faculty of Law at the University of the West Indies.

Alex provides consultancy services to the Innovate Group of companies from the London office. Alex is the Managing Partner of Financial Relationships LLP, an entity regulated by the FCA. His specialist services include advising high net worth individuals, the provision of corporate employee benefits‎ and business consultancy. He also specializes in compliance and risk management, providing expert guidance to individuals and businesses in navigating this complex field.

In addition to founding Financial Relationships LLP, Alex is actively involved with numerous businesses and charities, including acting as a trustee for Crime in Mind. Alex is Non-Exec Director of Cause4 and he also helped set up the Trustee Leadership Program with Cause4 and Close Brothers.
